Tenants' Names: Mathew Russell ... | Quantity of Land Statute Measure: 60a 1r 30p | Gale Days: 25th March and 29th Sept. | Tenure of Tenant.: Lease dated 26th May, 1877 from Edward Hayes Keoghe to Mathew Russell, for 31 years, from 25th March, 1877 - Excepting and reserving to lessor all mines, minerals, quarries and game, with right of hunting, hawking, fishing and fowling on said lands.

This lease excepts the plantation between the road and John Fortune's bounds on Kilmacanagh, and also reserves unto Patrick Russell and Elizabeth Russell, his wife, during their joint lives, and the survivor of them, the cabin or cottage heretofore occupied by them, they paying therefor to said Mathew Russell one shilling per year.
