The particulars of the estate will include the ownership and occupation history, the quantity of land held, a map to indicate the location of the land, rent that can be charged and most importantly it will include the tenants and the nature of their tenure.

This lease excepts the plantation between the road and John Fortune's bounds on Kilmacanagh, and also reserves unto Patrick Russell and Elizabeth Russell, his wife, during their joint lives, and the survivor of them, the cabin or cottage heretofore occupied by them, they paying therefor to said Mathew Russell one shilling per year.
